Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:45 - 3:30pm with the provider. There were five children present, ranging from two to three years of age, for a total of ten points. Children were observed napping, waking, and eating snack, which consisted of: grapes and saltine crackers. Five child records, one provider record, the emergency drill log, written daily attendance, menu, and the required posted information were reviewed. It was reported that there were no medications on site, and the provider does not have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) so cannot administer medication to children in care.
