Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/22/2023, from 12:15PM to 1:00PM. 10 (28pts) were directly supervised by 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 2 children?s records, caregiver records, the menu and attendance were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed finishing lunch and preparing for rest time. Areas on non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. Based on record review and Provider interview, the Provider did not maintain documentation of the results of the Virginia Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Searches. Evidence: The documentation for Caregiver 1 expired 3/22/2023 and Caregiver 2 & Caregiver 3 did not have the documentation in the file.
