Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/20/2025 and completed on 3/20/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 12:20pm and ended at 12:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and two caregivers; the point total was fifteen. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and one caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the family day home.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
