Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents in review, and interview. Due to technical issues, the scheduled virtual tour of the program could not be administered.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/02/2021. The owner was contacted by telephone and an inspection was conducted. There were 30 children present, ranging from 10 months to 4 years in age, with 10 staff supervising within 4 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
