Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:45am & 1:00pm; there were 43 children with 9 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
