Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 17, 2023, from 9:15am-10:20am. At the time of entrance, (8 ) children ( 23 ) points were in care with ( 2 ) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household records. Children were observed engaged in group circle time. No medications were on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
The facility is reminded that a complete renewal application must be submitted prior to expiration of the license on January 22, 2024. Renewal applications should be submitted through the online portal available on the public website at childcareva.com.
