Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:35pm-3:35pm. There were 7 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, a caregiver and household members did not complete repeat fingerprints after 5 years.

Evidence:
1) The fingerprinting results of Caregiver A expired 3/27/2023.

3) The fingerprinting results of Household Member B expired 02/26/2023.

Based on record review, a child's record was missing required information.

Evidence:
1) Child A was missing verification of identification within 7 days of enrollment.
2) Child B was missing verification of identification within 7 days of enrollment.
3) Child C was missing date of enrollment.
4) Child D was missing verification of identification within 7 days of enrollment and 1 of 2 required emergency contacts.
