Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 2 children with 1 staff present. Observation of all family day home was conducted. The physical plant area were found well maintained, provided ample equipment, toys, art supplies and books, all within reach of the children in care. This allowed the children to freely access the supplies with independence. Artwork on display throughout the home.

A total of 1 child's record and 1 staff record were reviewed. This inspection began approximately 8:40 am to 9:20 am.
