Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 19, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present, ranging in with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
