Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 12/5/2022 from 12:40pm through 1:55pm. There were 16 children directly supervised by 4 staff and all classrooms were in ratio. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was reportedly no medication on site. Children were observed napping. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials for the children. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation, and MAT trained staff on site at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

3Evidence: Staff #2 (Date of Hire: 10/26/2011), Staff #3 (Date of Hire: 8/31/2015) and Staff #4 (Date of Hire: 6/2/14) have not completed Preservice training.
Evidence: The most recent health inspection was conducted 1/23/2020.
Evidence: There were spray bottles of bleach, glass cleaner, and multipurpose cleaners stored on a shelf above the changing table in the bathroom used by children.
