Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 4/2/2024 from 12:45 pm - 3:10 pm, in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 1/31/2024 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Staffing Requirements and Health and Safety Checklist Criteria. At the time of entrance, 4 children between the ages of 5 months and 6 years old, were in care with the provider. Children's records and Provider / Household member records were not reviewed as part of this complaint inspection, but were reviewed as part of the Voluntary Registered Renewal Inspeciton conducted on the same date. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in a group learning, activity and engaged in free play.
Consultation was obtained regarding the details of the complaint and based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
