(REPEAT VIOLATION)
Based on record reviews, the vendor shall ensure that the applicant, household member, and any caregiver who is or will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the family day home or is or will be alone with, in control of, or supervising one or more of the children shall (i) undergo a background check in accordance with ? 22.1-289.040 of the Code of Virginia; (ii) shall not have been convicted of a barrier crime as defined in ? 19.2-392.02 of the Code of Virginia; and (iii) is not the subject of a founded complaint of child abuse or neglect within or outside the Commonwealth.
Evidence:
Vendor #1 and HHM #1 do not have a repeat background check on file. The previous central registry background check was conducted 2/1/2018.
