Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 3/30/26. The inspection started at 11:15 am and concluded at 12:15 pm. There were two children present and one caregivers; the point total was one. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two caregiver/household member records on-site.
