Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on March 25, 2024, from 10:00am-11:00am. There were 13 children in care (32 points) with 3 staff members present. The inspector confirmed there were 7 children's records. The children were observed playing freely.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the Violation Notice and public website.

3Evidence: Based on observation, the provider is not of good character and reputation.
Evidence:
1) At the start of inspection, the provider stated there were only 7 children (23 points) in care with 2 staff supervising.
2) Upon further inspection, household member 1 was sitting outside with 6 additional children (9 points) waiting for the inspection to be completed. Provider stated that she knew she was caring for more children than she was licensed for.
3) There were 13 children in care (32 points) on the date of inspection.
Evidence: The provider stated they did not have a written attendance record on vthe date of inspection
Evidence: Children 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 did not have a record at the home.
