Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:50 PM. Today?s census consisted of 140 children in care and 22 staff supervising. The children were observed engaged in a variety of activities. They were observed playing with various play materials, eating lunch, handwashing, and napping. All classrooms as well as the center's playground were inspected today. The center's three mini buses were also inspected. Ten children's records and ten employee records were reviewed during this inspection. A sample of 10 injury reports were reviewed. Medication is administered and was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last Evacuation Drill: 09/15/2022 Shelter in Place Drills: 03/08/2022 and Lockdown Drill: 9/21/2022. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. The required postings were inspected and found to be incompliance. Liability insurance, health inspection, and drills were all in compliance. Medications and authorizations were reviewed and in compliance. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
