Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 13, 2022, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:00 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 18 children with 5 staff supervising. Four children records and seven staff records were reviewed and updated.

A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
