Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 28, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 21 children, ages7 months through 5, in the care of 5 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 2 staff records were reviewed.
