Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on June 5, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on (date) relating to allegations of 8VAC20-780 Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The on-site inspection began at 12:40 p.m. and ended at 1:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present and 8 staff. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
