An investigation was initiated in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/1/22 regarding concerns about diapering procedures, behavior guidance and the number of children in care. An unannounced inspection to the home was conducted on 10/7/22 and the provider was interviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
