Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 4/23/2021, and concluded on 5/12/2021, approximately from 2:30 pm to 3:10 pm. There were 8 children supervised by 2 direct care staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The physical plant, 1 staff record, 2 child?s records, children activities, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected.
During the inspection, children were observed individual activities and resting. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature.
No violations were observed during the inspection.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance Child Care Programs.
