Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/10/2023 from 12:25PM to 1:50PM. 11 children (30pts) were directly supervised by 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, 3 children?s records and caregiver records were reviewed. Labeling of bottles were in compliance. No medications were on site. Based on record review, a subsequent tuberculosis screening was not completed 2 years after the previous screening for one of the household members. Evidence: The tuberculosis screening, for Household Member A, expired 5/11/2023.
Plan of Correction: The screening will be completed right away.
