A complaint was received on 10/13/2022 alleging sanitary concerns within the building and classroom practices. An investigation was begun and concluded on 10/21/2022. The inspector arrived at the facility at 10:20 AM and departed at 2:00 PM. The investigation included inspection of the entire facility, observation of classroom practices, review of documentation and interview of all staff on duty.
Evidence gathered did not support the allegations and no violations were cited.
The results of the investigation were discussed with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
