An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 09/24/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 AM and ended at 12:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 136 children present and 25 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 8 staff records on site. This inspection included:
- document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
- tour of the facility,
- interviews, and
- observations
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
