Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This inspection was initiated by a complaint that was received by the department on June 1, 2022, regarding an allegation in the area of staffing, supervision and programs. The on-site visit was conducted on June 29, 2022. Four staff were interviewed. The evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, therefore the complaint is not valid.
