Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 22, 2023, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:30 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 80 children with 18 staff supervising. Five children records and five staff records were reviewed.

A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
