Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:20 am-11:15 am. There were 37 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

3Evidence:
There was paint peeling off the wall next to the cubbies in Preschool classroom.
Evidence:
A can of shaving cream used for a sensory activity was left unattended on the counter when a staff member left the classroom in the Toddler classroom.
Evidence:
Child #1 whose first day was 5/30/2022 did not have documentation of annual update for 2023.
