An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 31, 2026 and completed on March 31. 2026 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 26, 2026 relating to allegations of improper supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record on-site on March 31, 2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
