Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 1 child ( 3 points)belonging to the Vendor along with 2 household members. The Vendor was not present today and no children receiving child care was onsite. Files were reviewed, walk thru of the entire home and observation of all rooms was completed. Newly installed gates at the top and bottom of all stairs was observed. The home was found neat and organized. Some violations were found today with 1 violation repeated from last year. This inspection began at 11am and ended at 12:00pm. Background checks were found out of compliance and will need to be completed and forwarded to the county for review.
