Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/22/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/4/25 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and zero staff records electronically on 12/2/25. This inspection included document review, interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
