Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/22/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present with the provider, including a household child. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. The files for all of the children, the provider, and a household member were all reviewed at the most recent inspection and all are in compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
