Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:15 - 11:30 am with the provider. There were four children present, ranging from 15 months to three years of age, for a total of nine points. Children were observed playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys and reading books. Three child records and two provider/household member records were reviewed in addition to the emergency drill log, daily attendance, menu, required posted information and annual training. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid, but not Medication Administration Training (MAT), so cannot administer medication to children in care. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@doe.virginia.gov.
