Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 10, 2022 and concluded on May 10, 2022. On May 10, 2022, the licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 4:00 pm until 5:10 pm. The provider assisted with the inspection. There were six children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to four years, with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and one caregiver record and one household member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
