An unannounced inspection was initiated on 04/02/2025 and completed on 04/02/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 03/31/2025 relating to allegations of injury. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 0 staff records. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
