Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection to monitor compliance as well as to modify the license was initiated and concluded on 06/03/2022. There were 130 children present, ranging in ages from birth to 12 years, with 20 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspector also observed and measured for capacity the new space intended for school age children. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
