An investigation was initiated on 06/13/2023 from 2:15 pm - 4:30 pm to investigate a complaint regarding nutrition and food services and preventing the spread of disease. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the complaint regarding nutrition and food services and preventing the spread of disease. The complaint is not valid.
