Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 11/07/2024 and completed on 11/08/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:20am and ended at 3:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 119 children present and 26 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site and additional documentation electronically on 11/08/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1A prescription medication was observed on-site for Child #13, but the center did not have written authorization from the parent.
