An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/03/2024 and completed on 12/16/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/03/2024 relating to allegations of supervision and injury reporting. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. Additional information was reviewed electronically on 12/05/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
