Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 12/16/2025 and completed on 12/16/2025, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Special Order on 09/04/2025 to place the licensee on probation for a period of six months and requiring the licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons as a result of high-risk violations.
The on-site inspection began at 9:35am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 88 children present and 25 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
