An unannounced, on-site modification inspection was initiated on 01/20/26 and completed on 01/20/26, as a part of a request to measure additional classrooms. The on-site inspection began at 2:30pm and ended at 2:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
