An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 7/26/24 from 10 am to 11 am in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/15/24 relating to allegations of children's injuries. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record on-site. This inspection included:

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
