Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 23, 2023 as a follow-up to the issuance of a provisional license. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The
director and a member of management were present and assisted with the inspection. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from three to five years, with two staff supervising. Children were combined into one class where they were observed playing in centers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas previously cited to include administration and special care and emergencies.
A total of three staff records were reviewed. The inspector interacted with staff and children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
