Inspector Notes

A Monitoring inspection was initiated today. This inspection was conducted concurrently with a complaint inspection by licensing staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child record and 2 staff records were reviewed.
