An unannounced mandated inspection was conducted on 08/16/2022 from 1:35pm-4:00pm. There were 119 children supervised by 23 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in playing outside, group play, and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
