Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/1/2023 from 10:45pm-2:08pm. There were 135 children directly supervised by 20 direct care staff. The physical plant, 7 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in spanish, circle time, and tabletop activites. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
