Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/29/2023 from 11:30 am-1:35 pm. There were 111 children supervised by 21 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 10 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating lunch. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
