Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 11:00-12:10. Observed 3 classrooms of children ages 3-5 years of age. Children were transitioning from outside play time, circle time, handwashing before lunch and lunch (hamburgers, broccoli, potatoes and milk). Emergency medications were on-site with appropriate authorizations and storage in place as well as MAT trained staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
