An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on February 18, 2025 and completed on February 20, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:32 pm and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on February 18, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations
