Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on April 9, 2026 and completed on April 9, 2026, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 30, 2026 relating to allegations of behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and staff records. This inspection included This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The schedule provided to Licensing showed the director does not work 50% of the operational hours of the center. Center hours are 7:30am-6:00pm (52.5 hours), director scheduled 18 hours, the required minimum is 26.25 hours. Director confirmed the scheduled.
Behavioral guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate, and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts.
Interviews confirmed that Staff 1 spoke to Child A in a manner that was not constructive in nature or intent to redirect child during naptime.
