Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on December 12, 2022 and completed on January 27, 2023 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision, physical plant, and special services. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
