A remote monitoring inspection was initiated on November 8, 2023 and completed on November 13, 2023 at the program. The center is temporary closed at this location and there were no children and staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance for annual fire and health inspections, and liability insurance. There were no updates to policies and procedures reported. There were no children and staff records reviewed.
